Overview
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Integration Project Manager to lead product integrations into our clients’ environments. This role requires a proactive communicator with cross-functional coordination skills across development, testing, dev ops and external client teams.
The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented project manager who can ensure smooth, timely and successful integrations aligned with each client’s unique integration roadmap.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Communication & Relationship Management
- Act as the main point of contact for clients during the integration phase.
- Understand client requirements and ensure alignment with internal capabilities.
- Conduct regular status meetings and provide updates to stakeholders.
- Project Planning & Tracking
- Define integration timelines and key milestones based on customer-specific integration steps.
- Utilize Kanban and Scrum practices to manage tasks and prioritize work effectively.
- Identify risks and proactively resolve potential roadblocks.
- Monitor integration progress and maintain project documentation in Confluence.
- Cross-Functional Coordination
- Collaborate with Development, Testing, Compliance and Sales teams to align on integration goals.
- Ensure clear task ownership, regular updates and timely escalations.
- Capture and share feedback from integration projects to inform product development and process improvements.
- Customer-Guided Product Integration
- Follow each customer’s unique integration process
- Understand and adapt to customer-specific compliance, risk and technical protocols.
- Support testing, validation and go-live activities, ensuring post-launch support is in place.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of experience in technical integration, project management or client onboarding roles
- Excellent communication, organization and stakeholder management skills
- Proven experience in client-facing roles, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities
- Familiarity with Jira and Confluence for reporting and dashboard creation
- Fluent English is a must (min B2 level required)
- Hands-on experience in the payments or fintech sector is a strong asset
- A team player with a positive attitude and a proactive, solution-oriented approach
