Our new state of the art fraud prevention uses AI to analyze pre-digitization data to prevent fraud before it occurs. The results are stunning, we’ve already reached an accuracy level of 90%, and the AI continues to improve over time.

Fraudulent Device Database

The Fraud Prevention Service is using a device blocklist, where we disable fraudulent devices. We not only block fraudulent devices from receiving new tokens, but also suspend any existing active tokens on those devices. This makes it harder for fraudsters to continue their activities and prevents social engineering attempts.

Reporting Service

The Fraud Prevention Service generates a report of compromised cards to the issuer so that fraud victims can be informed.
