Payair Remains Fully Operational

We hope you and your families are well during these exceptional times. We would like to reassure you that Payair is still fully operational and open for business, despite the global COVID-19 situation. It is challenging for all companies, regardless of the size or sector, to keep up the pace, but following the official guidelines will help us mitigate the crisis.

The health, safety and wellbeing of our customers and our own staff is crucial for us. We are monitoring the situation closely whilst following all official guidance. Both our teams in Sweden and in Poland are working fully remotely, with representation of management team working from the office. This allow us to keep operations running smoothly and we remain contactable through the usual channels. Employees working from home are provided with the same tools and connectivity as in the offices.

Although the situation at the moment is very dynamic, we would like to emphasis on having a sense of ‘normality’ throughout the COVID-19 outbreak. We are taking all the necessary precautions to ensure that our entire team stay safe during this difficult period. We have suspended all face-to-face meetings to reduce travel and physical contact, and replaced them with video conferencing – so we can keep the close contact we have always appreciated.

Thereby, we would like to thank you for your trust and ongoing cooperation during this challenging time.

Our thoughts are with everyone to stay healthy

Payair integrates Apple Pay for LHV Pank AS

From March 3rd LHV Pank offers Apple Pay to their customers in Estonia. Payair has worked closely with LHV Pank in providing pre-digitization and tokenization of the bank’s cards towards Mastercard’s MDES platform, which entails that the actual card number is not stored on the device, instead a digital “Token” is created which greatly increases security.

“This is Payair’s first Apple Pay integration in the Baltic Region and we are really excited to go live with one of the leading banks in the region. We are also very proud of our partnership with LHV Pank and Mastercard”, says Sören Babra, CEO Payair.
