Implementation Manager

Overview

Payair is looking for a motivated Implementation Manager with a technical background. In this position, you will work closely with the customers (the biggest banks in the Nordic region) and support the creation of the international payment infrastructure. This is an exciting opportunity to enter the payments and financial ecosystem and bring it to a new level!

 

Key responsibilities

  • Onboarding the project participants (banks) to new payment infrastructure
  • Being customer’s single point of contact from the technical and project point of view
  • Being responsible for all aspects of customer implementation engagements, oversees the beginning-to-end customer implementation process, including consultancy, training, project management, testing, and customized production configurations for the project participants
  • Ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met, project risks are identified and mitigated, and project stakeholders receive timely and accurate communication regarding the project status
  • Constantly improving current process and fixing existing problems

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in the position of Implementation Manager (or similar) for software and/or banking projects
  • Good technical background on the architectural level (networks, APIs, cloud solutions)
  • Effective project management and excellent communication skills
  • Ownership mindset – care about what needs to be done from start to finish
  • Fluent English is a must

Also, it would be beneficial if you:

  • Have working experience in the payment/banking sector
  • Have project management and/or team management experience
  • Have knowledge of cryptography, certificates management systems, and payments security concepts
  • Have hands-on experience in the customer support area
