We are putting our main focus on finding the right people, reliable customs and niche, innovative projects. Our team in Poland is a brand-new initiative, which we are building together with passionate people who are full of ideas.

We are looking for a person that can combine two roles: Customer Support Specialist & Technical Writer and who will work with us on delivering and maintaining our fin-tech solutions.

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshooting and resolving issues related to any incompatibilities between mobile devices, applications and financial middleware
  • Working directly with customers and Payair development teams where solving issues may require code changes or product improvements
  • Creating and reviewing technical documentation and training material
  • Maintaining Payair’s Confluence site
  • Coordinating the development of tables, graphics, and illustrations for manuals to clearly explain the subject matter

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in technical support, customer service or technical documentation
  • Excellent proficiency in oral and written English
  • Demonstrated ability to document, track, troubleshoot and resolve time sensitive issues
  • Understands or quickly grasps technical concepts such as principles involving the software architecture, card payments, software security
  • Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology or a related field

Nice to have:

  • Experience in Software Development, Testing or Software Product Support
  • Basic understanding of Object oriented programming languages
  • Experience with Android or iOS platform
  • Experience in technical support within the financial sector
  • Experience in dealing with external customers
  • Experience in working with remote teams
  • Knowledge of Java
